Ketchum, Idaho.
Construction Completed Fall 2006.

This private residence uses a steel frame, thermally insulated and clad in zinc, with stucco and glass infill panels and tinted glass eyebrows for sun and weather protection.  These exterior materials were selected to minimize maintenance.  The steel frame utilizes a Smith modified vierendeel truss to achieve long column free spans and the town house concept responds to the more urban surroundings of this residence.
